App won’t launch
Whether I try to launch from App Store after the app finished installing, or from Finder - nothing. No launch, no indication that anything at all happens. I rebooted. Still nothing. Tried to install on another Mac. Same prob.
Customer support link suggests (dated today) that there is an update, but the link goes nowhere. Our developer friends are obviously facing challenges.
I’ll try again later.
***Update: I posted this review several days ago and have received no response. On the developer’s website, the links to “updates" do not go anywhere. I tried to post a question in their forum but the comment won’t post. I get an error page instead. Should I assume no one is home and ask Apple for a refund?
